Zeer tevreden over zowel de Ice Laser-ontharingsmachine als de service van het bedrijf! Het apparaat werkt uitstekend, is makkelijk in gebruik en geeft zichtbaar resultaat. Dankzij de ICE-koeling zijn de behandelingen comfortabel en vrijwel pijnloos. Daarnaast snelle levering en goede klantenservice. Zeker een aanrader!

Toppers! Goed geholpen door Emiel bij de aanschaf van ons apparatuur. Bij levering bleek helaas 1 apparaat niet naar behoren te werken maar werd direct geregeld. De zelfde week stond er een monteur op de stoep om het te fixen. Super service gehad.

Vorige week is de Iconic Diamond Ice geleverd bij mij (Wax & Beauty Schagen | Laserontharing). De cursus, de levering, het contact zowel vooraf als achteraf is heel goed verlopen. Erg fijn dat je met alle vragen (zeker in het begin) bij ze terecht kan. Je krijgt snel en duidelijk antwoord, heel prettig.

Fantastisch service en een geweldig apparaat!!

Ik heb onlangs een laser ontharingsapparaat gekocht, ICONIC PLATINA ICE en ben ontzettend tevreden! Vanaf het eerste contactmoment werd ik super goed geholpen. De service was echt top, Emiel nam alle tijd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en duidelijk uit te leggen. Ik voelde me echt gehoord en begrepen.

Wat ik vooral waardeer is het geduld en persoonlijke aandacht. Geen haast, gewoon oprechte interesse en betrokkenheid.

Het apparaat zelf werkt ook super goed, ik
ben nu al blij met de resultaten. Al met al een hele fijne ervaring en absoluut een aanrader.

Terwijl ik onderzoek deed naar een laserontharingsapparaat, kwam ik toevallig op jullie pagina terecht. Ik had veel contact met Emiel via telefoon en berichten. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment tot aan het afleveren van het apparaat bij mij thuis, hebben jullie me ontzettend goed geholpen. Ik kreeg antwoord op elke vraag die ik stelde, en alles wat jullie in de communicatie beloofden, is ook daadwerkelijk nagekomen. Daardoor hebben jullie mijn vertrouwen echt gewonnen. Ik had er zoveel vertrouwen in dat ik het apparaat heb besteld zonder het zelfs maar van dichtbij te bekijken.

De medewerkers die bij mij thuis kwamen, Diënne en Rens de Boer, waren ook erg vriendelijk en prettig in de omgang. Ik was zeer tevreden over de training. Het voelde alsof ik Diënne en Rens al eerder had ontmoet we hadden een gezellige babbel.
Het was heel fijn om jullie te leren kennen, en ik zou jullie graag opnieuw bij mij thuis willen ontvangen.

While I was researching a laser hair removal device, I happened to come across your page. I had a lot of contact with Emiel by phone and messages. From the first moment of contact to the delivery of the device to my home, you helped me tremendously. I got an answer to every question I asked, and everything you promised in the communication was actually fulfilled. That’s how you really gained my trust. I had so much confidence in it that I ordered the device without even looking at it up close.

I purchased the Iconic Diamond Ice from Beauty Business Holland and am more than satisfied with both the device and the entire service. I recently purchased a laser device. And I am very satisfied with the service and guidance. The process from choosing the right device to delivery. The training was clearly structured, with a good balance between theory and practice. You could see that the trainer has a lot of experience and she took the time to answer all our questions.

After the training I feel confident and well prepared to perform treatments in a safe and effective manner.
