1. Every product we supply, including equipment and furniture, is covered by the standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Our warranty only covers defects and manufacturing defects, not damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, drops, bumps, and so on.
3. Repairs can incur costs such as a mechanic’s hourly wage, transportation and shipping costs, and used parts costs. We reserve the right to send cash on delivery returns and apply a cash on delivery fee.
4. In the event of a malfunction of a device, we first perform a free diagnosis. If a more extensive investigation is required, such as in the case of vague complaints, we will charge the hourly wage of a mechanic. The diagnosis determines whether the defect is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and is final after consultation between our technical service and the manufacturer.
5. The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not include damage caused by improper use, damage to surfaces such as paint and glass, damage due to wear and tear of parts such as bearings and fuses, and damage caused by drops, impacts, moisture or detached parts.
6. If a fault is covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, we will repair it free of charge. If the malfunction is not included, the repair costs are for the customer. On request, we can provide a free quote in advance. If the customer does not want a quote, the return shipping costs are for the customer.
7. The cost for shipping to us and back to the customer is always for the customer. The customer can also choose to bring and pick up products themselves.
8. If a repair takes longer than 5 working days, we sometimes offer a Spare Device (if available). In the case of diagnosis under manufacturer’s warranty, the use of a spare device is free of charge, but the cost of shipping is borne by the customer. In the event of diagnosis outside the manufacturer’s warranty, the use of a spare device is not possible.
9. Free or won machines and devices have no warranty unless otherwise stated.
